In this seminar Janice Dunphy, owner of the Web Adventure Park in York and chair of the Association of Indoor Play, will take a look at how the soft play sector has been impacted by the pandemic and give her insight into how the sector is likely to develop over coming years.

Janice is passionate about play and has undertaken research alongside local universities to identify the benefits of FEC environments. She was a founder member of the Play Provider Association before forming the Family Entertainment Centre Association and taking a place on the BALPPA Management Committee. She then moved on to create the Association of Indoor Play in June 2020, which is now the leading trade association for indoor play in the United Kingdom.
