This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for all products and services owned by InterGame Events Ltd (collectively referred to in this Privacy Statement as “we” or “InterGame Events”. We describe the type of information we collect from you and how we use it. We use legitimate interests – the direct marketing of our publications, events and related services, the publication and distribution of industry related print and digital publications and processing of client data  – as the lawful basis for processing your data. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU:

WHEN YOU REGISTER YOUR INTEREST FOR AN EVENT
We will use the data you provide to keep you updated on our events and to send you related marketing material for future events. We may also seek feedback on events you have attended.  You can opt out of email marketing by unsubscribing from the InterFun Events mailshot or by asking InterFun Events not to contact you by emailing michelle@intergame.ltd.uk. The data you supply may be used to help us segment our databases and to provide non-personally identifiable, attendee profiles. We may share this composite information with current and potential exhibitors and business partners to help them better understand our event audiences. We may also analyse your engagement levels and digital journeys through our emarketing campaigns and website usage.

WHEN YOU ARE AN EXHIBITOR OR SPONSOR
As an exhibitor or sponsor you will receive regular updates regarding the event. The data you supply to us may be used to help us segment our databases and to provide non-personally identifiable, exhibitor profiles. We may share this composite information with current and potential exhibitors and business partners to help them better understand our event audiences. We may also analyse your engagement levels and digital journeys through our emarketing campaigns and website usage. Once the event has finished you will receive future marketing promotions from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.  If you change roles or companies we ask that you let us know. You can amend or ask to be removed from a company record at any time by emailing michelle@intergame.ltd.uk.

WHEN YOU HAVE CONTACTED US
We have features where users can submit information to us by email or by contact forms. Requests for service, support or information may be forwarded as needed to best respond to a specific request. We may retain emails and other information sent to us for our internal administrative purposes and to help us to serve customers better. If you have contacted us because you are interested in being included in InterGame Events’ shows, we will add your business contacts to our databases. DIRECT MARKETING TO BUSINESS CONTACTS
InterGame Events may have contacted you with information on how our events could be useful for your company and staff to attend. We only contact you if we think you might be interested. You can opt out of any communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email campaign sent or by emailing michelle@intergame.ltd.uk

WHEN YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR INCLUSION IN ANY OF OUR DIRECTORIES
You can submit your company information online for publication in our directories, which may be made public online and offline and be distributed in both print and digital format. The inclusion of details submitted for our directories is entirely at the discretion of InterGame Events Ltd. As a registrant you may be contacted by our sales team to see if you are interested in upgrading your listing or our other products.

WHEN YOU HAVE ENGAGED WITH OUR INTERACTIVE FEATURES & SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
Some of InterGame Events Ltd’s websites and social media sites may offer interactive and community features such as discussion boards, webcasts, blogs and user profiles. Note that all personal information sent or posted via such features becomes public information for which we are not responsible. Non-personal information and behaviour from users may be automatically collected, such as engagement levels and device usage, and may be used for analytical and trend analysis purposes. Any direct messages will be kept in our social media management platform and channels for two months then deleted.

EDITORIAL OPPORTUNITIES
As a publisher InterGame Events collects and stores editorial information that could include personal information. Any press releases, articles, letters to the editor, blogs or similar requests sent into InterGame Event’s teams may be published in our digital and/or print publications and associated social media accounts. Press releases may be edited prior to publication. Publication of information, in part or full, is completely at the discretion of InterGame Events. InterGame Events may contact people who have passed InterGame Events their contact details because they are interested in being included in our publications or events. The details of each communication will be kept as long as needed for journalistic purposes and then securely deleted. We will also add contacts provided within editorial requests to our database and send you relevant free information. WHEN YOU HAVE ENTERED SURVEYS, AWARDS OR CONTESTS
From time to time we invite users to provide information via surveys, awards or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether to disclose requested contact information (such as name and mailing address) and demographic information (such as postcode or job title). In addition to other uses set forth in this policy, contact information collected in connection with surveys and contests is used to notify the winners and award prizes, to monitor or improve the use and satisfaction of the site, and may be shared with sponsors of such surveys or contests.

WHEN YOU HAVE POSTED A JOB OR CLASSIFIED ADVERT
InterGame Events may publish industry jobs. Any contact information you submit regarding a job or classified advert may be published online. When you post a job or product you assure InterGame Events that you have full permission of the contact provided to publish their contact details. InterGame Events will post jobs for a month on its live jobs web pages. Jobs or adverts published within digital editions of Coin-op Community will remain in the Coin-op Community archive.

TO RECEIVE OUR FREE PUBLICATIONS
As an attendee of InterGame Events trade shows you will have the option to subscribe to the publications of our sister company InterGame Ltd. To subscribe to our free publications we ask for a name, email and sector so we ensure you receive our publications and the news that is most relevant to you. There is an option to add further details online at your discretion. If you have passed our team a business card to subscribe we will hold the information provided in our databases. If you have provided us with a postal address we may send you free copies of our printed products. We may occasionally send you policy updates and news about how to be included in our publications. The data you supply may be used to help us segment our databases and to provide non-personally identifiable, readership profiles. We may share this composite information with current and potential advertisers and business partners to help them better understand our services. WHEN YOU START TO BUY A PRINT SUBCRIPTION
When you have purchased a print subscription your personal data is used to send you the products you have purchased. It is also used for our internal administrative purposes, and to help us to serve customers better. As a print subscriber you automatically receive our e-publications so please be sure to also have read the section above. Your postal data is shared with a third party supplier only for the purposes of mailing. We will send you information on renewing your subscription before and after the expiry date. To amend or remove your data from InterGame’s systems please email michelle@intergame.ltd.uk. If you have started but not completed the subscription process online we will contact you with reminders to alert you to the process not having been completed and may contact you regarding any issues including any problems processing payments. INFORMATION GATHERED AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU USE OUR DIGITAL PLATFORMS

VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE
We use various technologies to analyse and monitor website usage trends and web user behaviour patterns. Information we collect may include standard web analytics such as geographic location, device usage, analysing your journey through our digital platforms, browser type, referral service, length of visit and IP addresses, for example. InterGame Events does not share your personal data with third parties other than to enable us to send out our e-publications, and, where applicable, mail out printed materials about relevant events or pubications. We reserve the right to transfer any data to any entities into which our company may be merged. HOW LONG WE HOLD DATA
We will securely retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law. CORRECTION/UPDATING / RECTIFYING PERSONAL INFORMATION

RESTRICTION / SUPPRESSION OF DATA

RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
Should you wish to be deleted entirely from all InterGame Events’ databases please email michelle@intergame.ltd.uk. Your details will be removed unless InterGame Events Ltd is required to retain them to comply with any legal obligations.

DATA PORTABILITY
Should you wish to transfer your data we can provide it to you within a month within a machine-readable form. Please email any requests to michelle@intergame.ltd.uk

Our websites contain links to other sites. InterGame Events is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites. SECURITY
We use appropriate technological and operational measures to protect our users’ personal information and to store it securely. Access to all of our users’ information is restricted. Only employees and suppliers who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. InterGame Events uses a third party service and agency to help maintain the security and performance of the InterGame Events group websites. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the website.
